A leading investment office are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) / Head of HR to provide maternity cover for their Lead HR. With a strong track record of growth, the company operates across multiple international offices, supporting a diverse client base. This firm is well known for its high-performance culture and commitment to excellence.
This is a pivotal role requiring an experienced HR professional to hit the ground running in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will oversee HR operations and contribute to the development and enhancement of the people and talent management agenda across Europe and Asia, partnering closely with teams in London, Paris, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing strategic HR leadership and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including the Head of London, Head of Europe, and COO.
Overseeing the annual performance review and compensation cycle, working in collaboration with the US team.
Partner with Senior Management to evaluate promotions, update job descriptions, and implement succession planning.
Provide coaching and guidance on ER issues, advising senior leadership on performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and exits.
Drive internal and external L&D programs, managing relationships with training service providers.
Supporting the setup of a new Middle East office, ensuring compliance and HR readiness.
Partnering with the talent acquisition team on recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
Overseeing business operations, including liaising with the Office Manager, EAs, and Front of House.
Maintaining a people-first approach, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
Managing and supporting key HR projects, including an upcoming London office move.
Looking For:
A highly experienced Senior HRBP or Head of HR with a strong background in financial services or a partnership environment.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and operate with gravitas in a high-touch, high-expectation setting.
Strong project management skills, particularly in office relocations, compensation cycles, and HR process redesign.
Experience working in a global or matrixed environment, with an understanding of jurisdictional HR sensitivities.
Ability to lead, empower, and support the existing HR team, ensuring smooth operations during the maternity cover period.
Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
