Equipment Removal Specialist – 18 Months Fixed Term Contract

This is a site-based role at Worthing.
To facilitate and manage R&D surveys, equipment removal and extraction and the make good/remediate fallow areas.

In this role you will:
* Provide EHS management and oversight for operations within Fallow areas, access and egress routes.
* Perform all permit activities in accordance with GES606.
* Identify, engage and manage suitable 3rd party service providers as required to perform required tasks.
* Manage the recovery of monies through sale of reclaimed materials.
* Responsible for GMP and EHS standards for all remediated areas ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
* Single point of contact for Capital, Utilities & Facilities and Production.
Qualifications & Skills:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
* Experience working in a facilities management environment.
* Experience in contractor management.
* Experience of managing equipment and areas.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organisation and interact/influence effectively at all levels of management and peers.
* Demonstrated strong leadership approach, proven ability to act with integrity and as an ambassador for Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
* GCSE Maths and English.
* Able to work autonomously.
