Our Brand and Marketing teams’ mission is the delivery of this direct brand growth and we’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager who exemplifies the importance of blending creativity with commercial acumen.
About the role
This is a chance to join forces with some of the UK’s biggest brands – Compare the Market, Uswitch, MoneySuperMarket, and Just Eat – collaborating with top marketing teams to battle for share in a competitive business energy market. As well as working with these top tier brands, you will also have a unique opportunity to make your mark by playing a key role in building the UK’s first price comparison site exclusively built for small business owners.
In the role, you’ll partner with media agencies and internal teams to develop and execute marketing plans that grow brand consideration and acquisition volumes for Bionic’s energy proposition across multiple channels. From shaping PPC campaigns, optimising landing pages, and creating test plans to drive collaboration with partner marketing teams, you’ll leverage data and customer insights to craft impactful, results-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design, manage and execute customer acquisition plans for the Bionic brand.
2. Work with media agencies to select channels and define and deploy media plans that generate consideration of Bionic.
3. Work with media agencies to define PPC account architecture, ad copy, landing pages and testing to grow acquisition volumes.
4. Define creative briefs based on customer insight and positioning that are fit for channel and objective.
5. Work alongside our partnership team to grow the relationships with price comparison website marketing teams and collaboratively optimise their search marketing performance (PPC & SEO).
6. Own the energy acquisition metrics across our own brand and partner marketing. Reporting performance back to stakeholders within the business and creating a roadmap of tests and optimisations based on the data you’re collecting.
7. Build relationships with internal and external teams.
Requirements
You’ll be able to demonstrate:
1. Considerable experience in marketing.
2. Proven ability to translate customer insight into marketing plans that drive commercial growth.
3. Demonstrable experience of end-to-end management of cross-channel marketing programmes.
4. A track record of successfully managing budgets, owning performance metrics, and managing agency and/or partner relationships.

1. You’re a digital native. Passionate about developing comms plans that are creative, salient, fit for platform, and designed to objectives.
2. You’re curious about our customers and obsess over how they behave, what drives them, and how that translates to channel selection and creative.
3. You’re equal parts data driven and creative. Understanding the importance of audience targeting as well as the role creative plays, and how to use data to optimise it.
4. You love collaboration and relish the opportunity to grow and develop relationships with other teams, agencies and partners.
5. You’ll have excellent interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to communicate concisely and confidently at all levels.
6. You're proactive, hungry to get things done and a passionate self-starter with a growth mindset.
7. You believe in keeping things as simple as they need to be, but you don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves to work through complex challenges.
