Pay Rates: Up to 11.44 per hour depending on age

We are seeking a Stores/Cellar Legend to keep our stock areas in top shape! If you've got a knack for organisation and love the idea of making sure everything's ready to roll behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you. As our go-to Stores/Cellar Person, you'll handle it all-from receiving and sorting deliveries to making sure our bars are fully stocked and primed for action. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to be the hero who keeps things running smoothly, we'd love to have you join the team!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory levels for the bars and venues, keeping track of stock levels.
- Accept deliveries, check for accuracy and quality, and store items properly to ensure freshness and easy access.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the storeroom, cellar, and stock areas, ensuring all items are stored securely and hygienically.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and ensure the cellar and storage areas meet compliance standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a stockroom or cellar role, preferably in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, including kegs and crates.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
