The Role
As a Senior .NET Software Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of critical trading systems. You’ll work on high-performance, scalable applications in a fast-paced environment, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise and strategic thinking in building systems that can handle real-time trading demands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of scalable .NET applications using C# and .NET Core.
* Architect, design, and implement high-performance, low-latency solutions.
* Drive improvements in system architecture and code quality.
* Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver key features.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
* Ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of trading operations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with .NET, C#, and SQL Server.
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineering teams.
* Strong knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
* Experience in high-performance, low-latency systems, ideally within financial services or a related industry.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and an agile mindset.
