Overseeing major projects this role promises a dynamic and rewarding career for the right candidate.Job Purpose:To represent the company to all tenants, suppliers, contractors, and third parties, enhancing and building the company's reputation. Ensure high standards of property presentation are maintained at all times, and escalate significant, strategic, or forward-looking risks and opportunities. This is a new role within the business with plenty of scope to develop the department.Principal Responsibilities:Management of a mixed portfolio of properties across Norfolk and North SuffolkBe a visible presence on-site, engaging with tenants to address issues and identify risks, opportunities, and improvementsAssist in setting service charge budgets and manage/control expenditure accordinglyProcure and manage a team of multi-discipline contractors to ensure high standards of service, with an emphasis on customer serviceProcure Planned Preventative Maintenance Maintain effective relationships with contractors and suppliersEnsure compliance with company procedures and policies, including health and safetyCoordinate inspections and meetings across the portfolioManage void property inspections and ensure compliance with insurance policyDevelop strong relationships with tenants and ensure professional communicationEnsure the Property Portfolio complies with current/new legislationWork alongside Commercial Property Accountant, Administrator, Lease Consultancy and Agency teamsSkills and Qualities:Experience in Commercial, Facilities or Residential PropertyA strong team player with the ability to work autonomouslyManage a varied workload exercising judgment in prioritising day to day tasksCreate a positive first impression face-to-face and over the phone with clients Responsive, flexible, and professional attitude with the ability to adapt priorities.A strong team player with good interpersonal skills.Confident dealing with clients and enquiries.A full UK Driving Licence and use of own vehicleJoin a team that values your expertise and offers a collaborative, working environment.
