The SDE team is based in Bristol, UK. Applicants will need to be available to attend on-site meetings 2-days per week with occasional UK travel to enterprise/partner sites.

What you will be doing:
As a Project Lead, you will work with stakeholders across varied disciplines to deliver comprehensive portfolio performance assessments at a strategic level. You will conduct analysis to identify key enterprise programme issues, evaluate root causes, and craft strategic recommendations for enterprise leaders and the MoD customer.
* Support the establishment of the collaborative hub: networks, methodology and approach.
* Build networks to collate knowledge, information and data.
* Apply critical, analytical and strategic thinking to assess enterprise performance.
* Author portfolio assessments, technical reports, and proposals.
* Contribute to the development of a long-term business case for project continuity.
Who we're looking for:
To be successful in this role you will need skills in:
* Stakeholder engagement/management; strong communication skills.
* Operational autonomy and the ability to progress workload independently.
* Experience in project management practice and business change or improvement.
* Knowledge/experience of working in the defence nuclear sector is a significant asset.
To work for Rolls-Royce Submarines you need to hold a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you don't currently have this in place.
