* Processing invoices and assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions.
* Performing bank reconciliations and supporting financial reporting.
* Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
* Communicating with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
* Providing general administrative support to the finance team.
* Processing weekly timesheets accurately.
The successful Finance Assistant will require:
* Previous experience in a finance or accounts role, or currently studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
