Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying and converting new business opportunities alongside building strong relationships with potential clients. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the option for some remote work.
Duties:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
6. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Qualifications:
1. Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3. Proven track record in sales/business development
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
5. Experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM software is preferred
6. Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Proven track record of meeting sales targets
9. Knowledge of safety workwear products and relevant industries is preferred
