Change Manager
Bristol/Hybrid
Salary circa £50,000-£60,000, 10% bonus, private healthcare
Are you a Change Manager looking for your next challenge? My client are a leading legal firm based in Bristol, with a growing Business Change team. They are facing transformation which is both exciting and challenging, and can provide a flexible, dynamic Change Manager with a rewarding and stimulating environment.
This Change Manager role works predominantly on internally-facing Business Change and IT projects, often updating legacy systems, delivering technology projects, and improving ways of working. If you are a Change Manager with some of the following skills/experience, this role could be for you:
* Working with internal and external stakeholders across the project Lifecycle to implement successful change
* Hybrid Waterfall and Agile ways of working
* Delivery-focused, motivated, and always takes the initiative
* Wide variety of backgrounds considered, professional services industries desirable but not essential
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
