INVENTORY MANAGER - LARGE DISTRIBUTION CENTRE BUILD, HULL
Job description:
Our Client is a leading Construction Contractor looking to appoint an experienced Inventory Manager to join a large site based team in East Yorkshire.
What you'll do on a typical day:
1. Complete perpetual inventory checks/counts
2. Investigate, resolve and prevent inventory discrepancies by reviewing transaction history in the electronic system
3. Coordinate and arrange large material deliveries to project location
4. Provide general management and support for stock and inventory team liaising with Project and Site Managers daily.
What you need to succeed:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
2. Good attention to detail
3. The ability to learn and adapt to new systems & processes
4. Experience in working as an Inventory Manager is essential
Requirements:
1. Inventory Management experience
2. Building/Construction Industry experience preferred
3. CSCS Card preferred
4. Distribution Centre experience preferred (New build/fit out).
As this role is based in East Yorkshire, applications from individuals willing to travel to and from Northern site would be welcomed - accommodation would be covered in this instance.
