Helpdesk Manager | Facilities Management / Maintenance Industry | Telford, West Midlands | £32,000 - £37,000 + Employment Package.
Due to increased workload and contract wins, we are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Manager to work for a Facilities Management / Commercial Maintenance business, who provide electrical, HVAC, and building fabric maintenance across a wide range of environments in the Midlands and North of England.
As the Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Helpdesk team and operations, which may include:
1. Scheduling of engineers' works/diaries, ensuring workloads and travel commutes are within sensible distances and engineers are kept busy.
2. Prioritising incoming jobs based on contract timelines and emergencies/urgency of works.
3. Ensuring engineers arrive on time to jobs and keep the office updated on availability.
4. Ensuring engineers provide detailed remedial reports of works.
5. Communicating with clients via telephone and email to gain access and book works.
6. Updating company and client CAFM systems.
Employment Package:
1. £32,000 - £37,000 Base Salary.
2. Work location: Telford, West Midlands.
3. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, office-based.
4. Casual dress code in the offices.

Requirements:
1. Experience within a similar role, managing/scheduling mobile staff, booking in works, etc., is essential.
2. Experience within the hard services maintenance industry is highly beneficial but not essential (Electrical, HVAC, Building Fabric, etc.).
3. Experience using a CAFM system is highly beneficial.
