The Role: Are you a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager looking for your next challenge? Our client, a well-established and reputable dealership group near Crawley, is looking for a talented individual to drive new business opportunities and expand their commercial vehicle customer base. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales performance within the commercial vehicle sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle market Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Present and promote commercial vehicle solutions tailored to business needs Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close profitable deals Collaborate with internal departments (finance, service, and sales teams) to ensure smooth transactions Consistently achieve and exceed sales and business development targets What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (ideally within the motor trade or commercial vehicle sector) Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills A self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset Ability to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to sales The Package: Salary: £20,000 Basic Salary Realistic OTE Of £50,000 Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:30 pm) No Weekends Other: Company vehicle provided, Business Miles Covered, and full training provided.
