The Role:
Liaison with the clients and residents to book work, keeping up to date records of properties attended, check works completed against orders, uploading contractor invoices on to the system, support contracts managers with administration and tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Planning work in for the operatives
* Re booking work if needs be
* Uploading contractor invoices on to the system
* Answer and deal with all incoming office calls
* Assist all operatives, allocate consignment notes, update spreadsheets and reports as required
* Archive historical information, scan documents, file and log
* Prepare risk assessments and methods statements for the works
