This role will focus on clinical leadership in the antenatal and postnatal wards.
The successful midwife will share their clinical knowledge and skills alongside providing compassionate leadership supporting the team. The role will involve leading the ward rounds, providing continuity for women and ensuring management plans are appropriate and followed.
You will be a role model for the team with excellent leadership skills. You will aspire to always deliver a consistent and compassionate organisational culture, building and sustaining professional relationships.
As part of this role, there will be some managerial responsibilities as well as bleep holding responsibility.
