I am working with a well-known Private Asset Management firm, that is looking to expand its team in London or Stockholm.
The firm has recorded around £7billion in capital under management and in light of its expansion, they are looking to add a dedicated sales professional to help expand relationships across the Nordic Region.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively identify, engage, and build relationships with institutional investors to raise capital for Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate & Infrastructure.
* Lead all aspects of the capital raising process, including outreach, presentations, due diligence, and closing.
* Work closely with internal teams to understand the funds’ investment strategies, positioning, and value proposition.
* Develop and execute a strategy to meet fundraising goals, maintaining regular communication with clients and investors.
* Build and leverage your existing network to source new opportunities and expand the firm’s investor base across the Nordic region.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in raising capital for Private Equity, Private Credit & Real Estate & Infrastructure, with a track record of successful fundraising from institutional investors & family offices.
* Strong knowledge of the capital raising process and investor relations within the private/public markets space.
* Existing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and ultra-high net worth Individuals are highly desirable.
* Based in London Or Stockholm.
* Native Swedish/Danish or Finnish.
