WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be: February 2025
• Starting salary of £27,956 per annum, based on competence and experience.
• 39 hours working 5 nights per week, the shift start time for this role will be between 9pm and 11pm and include alternate weekend working.
• This role offers a nightshift allowance of £2.25 per hour for hours worked between 10pm and 6am.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Experience of leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others workload.
• Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change and highly flexible.
• Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers.
• Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem-solving experience and strong computer literacy.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Ensure efficient daily Fulfilment Operations for maximum stock availability and readiness.
• Responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring a hard-working team, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct.
• Work with the team to achieve business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling and meet seasonal demands, all while keeping costs low.
