This opportunity involves delivering a key role within North Ayrshire Council's Place Directorate. The post will carry out on-site clerks of works duties for various projects throughout North Ayrshire and report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Specific responsibilities will include monitoring, recording, and reporting the progress of multi-trade contractors working on-site as part of the council's new build housing investment and refurbishment programmes.
