Office-based role – Berkshire 6-months FTC Salary equivalent to £75k annually This international organisation is seeking an experienced IT support analyst with a solid background with service desk support and provisioning. This will require a good all-round technical knowledge of laptops, tablets and mobile phones and Microsoft software applications, but also excellent time management and client service skills. There will be the need to work to agreed schedules and deadlines and sometimes deal with shifting priorities, depending upon business needs so a calm and systematic approach is essential. Clear communication is a must as you will be working with both technical and non-technical personnel who may have very different levels of understanding The role is office-based due to the need to commission/decommission hardware and occasionally you may be asked to visit another local office to support them. You will also maintain a log of all equipment and where necessary create reports to update management on levels, standards etc. and make appropriate recommendations. Candidates will have demonstrable experience in a similar role and will have knowledge of Windows 10, 11, Windows Networking, Microsoft Office Suite and Active Directory. They should be fully conversant with laptops, tablets and phones including Android and Intune would be useful. Previous experience working with an IT Service Management system is also needed and Ivanti knowledge would be helpful. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is also required.
