Our client, a well-established independent Estate Agency in Hitchin, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of residential properties, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and customers. Your exceptional communication skills and strong organisational abilities will be key in managing client relationships and navigating the property market effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Registering new applicants and dealing with enquiries via face-to-face, telephone, or email.
2. Engaging with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
3. Conducting viewings of properties, providing detailed information to potential buyers.
4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.
6. Staying updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations.
7. Providing administrative support as needed, ensuring all procedures are carried out in line with company legislation guidelines.
Experience:
1. 1 year experience within Estate Agency.
2. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Well presented with a positive attitude.
4. Willingness to exceed expectations through great customer service skills.
5. Honest and trustworthy.
6. A full clean driving licence.
