We are currently recruiting 2 Project Co-ordinators to work within a project governance framework to ensure each project runs smoothly on budget & with timely deliveries and partner satisfaction. These roles may be based from our offices in either Southampton or Nelson, and are offered on a Hybrid basis (3 days in office, 2 remote) Within The Partner Projects Team we strive to ensure we provide the best possible service to our Partners by working as a multilevel cross functional team on multiple projects, including migrations, novations and All IP managed services. As part of the Partner Projects Team, you could be involved in various projects, dealing with any risks or issues through to completion, whilst delivering a positive experience for our Partners throughout the journey. Our projects span over all our Product Towers, Broadband, Ethernet Mobile and Cloud. What you'll be doing Act as the main point of contact for Partners during the delivery of the projects. Set and manage Partner expectations along the project journey, ensuring timely and accurate updates are given to them. Verification of project documents Validation through the project journey. Proactively drive necessary actions to deliver a successful project Collate information and data for analysing and reporting. Build and deliver positive relationships to help improve the Partner experience Working Cross functional with all areas of the business Actively look for and identify opportunities for improvements in processes and procedures Qualifications & Experience Change management & stakeholder engagement The ability to remain calm in a busy environment. Effective Time management and organisational skills Being proactive, flexible and adaptable Good attention to detail A logical thinker with an aptitude for problem solving. Good, Clear written and verbal communication skills Computer literacy, Microsoft Excel Word etc Telecoms industry experience is a nice to have, though not essential. What's in it for you?
