Working Electrical Foreman
We are recruiting on behalf of a valued M&E contractor who is seeking an experienced Working Electrical Foreman to join their team on a large-scale warehouse fit-out project in Northampton, starting at the end of April.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident managing teams on-site while still being hands-on with the tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading and supervising a team of up to 8 electricians
*
Overseeing day-to-day operations and installation works
*
Liaising with the Project Manager to ensure smooth site coordination
*
Delivering installations to a high standard including:
*
Data basket and tray
*
Small power
*
Lighting relocation
*
Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures on-site
Essential Requirements:
*
SSSTS
*
ECS Gold Card
*
IPAF (3a/3b)
*
First Aid Certificate
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Previous experience in a working foreman role on commercial projects
