Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager at CAREROSE CARE Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our home care services in the Colchester/Harlow area. Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion.

2. Strategic Planning:
o Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company goals.
o Identify key target markets and formulate effective market entry strategies.
3. Client Acquisition:
o Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
o Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
4. Partnership Development:
o Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare organizations, community groups, and other stakeholders.

5. Proposal and Presentation:
o Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.
o Highlight the unique value propositions and services offered by CAREROSE CARE Ltd.
6. Contract Negotiation:
o Lead contract negotiation processes, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
o Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
7. Performance Monitoring:
o Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to business development.
