Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Removals Sales Surveyor to work for our award-winning Removals client, offering domestic and business services internationally, from their base in London.
As Removals Sales Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the team, exceeding set targets by surveying as many prospective clients as possible. You will need to be able to successfully promote the company's services and abilities to customers, building confidence, developing lasting relationships whilst sensitively identifying new opportunities.
You will manage everything from site, video and email surveys, discuss and positioning the service, to following up and closing the sale.
Removals Sales Surveyor duties include:
1. Carry out site surveys 80% (videos surveys 20% when required) for domestic, commercial and overseas moving
2. Conducting up to 6 surveys per day (30 per week)
3. Upselling Services wherever possible
4. Provide detailed survey notes and liaise with the Move Manager to ensure the quotation reflects the clients' requirements utilising company survey software
5. Manage follow-up process and record detailed updates within the company's database
6. Follow up, negotiate and close the sale with Move Manager support
7. Comply with company policies and H&S guidelines
The Removals Sales Surveyor will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. A Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for on-site surveys and client meetings is essential.

In return, the successful Removals Sales Surveyor will be offered up to £35,000, plus £10,000 OTE.
