Nottingham Forest are looking for an individual to manage the club’s CRM activity and digital platforms to create a deeper digital relationship with supporters to support revenue goals across the business.
They will be the lead across our CRM – creating a marketing communications and personalized supporter journeys across multiple digital touchpoints. They will also be responsible for creating digital experiences and gamification opportunities to grow the club’s contactable digital audience size.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Maintain and deliver a CRM marketing calendar.
* Develop and manage personalized supporter journeys across email, SMS, and push.
* Manage agencies and vendors across website & app development and data/CRM.
* Oversee development of digital products to ensure the best experience for our fans and generate leads.
* Keep on top of SEO and, where relevant, manage PPC campaigns.
* Work with retail and ticketing to use data in ways that make us more efficient and increase revenue.
* Create a regular cadence of reporting for the senior management team to demonstrate database growth, engagement, and revenue driven through digital.
* Gather insights from our CRM to pull into the wider marketing strategy.
* Work with sponsorship to create and deliver digital experiences for partners.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
* Proven experience working in a digital marketing role, ideally within a sports team.
* Excellent written skills and attention-to-detail.
* Understanding of GDPR rules to ensure club compliance.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Brilliant communicator.
* Experience in managing agencies.
