Key Responsibilities: Handle administrative tasks, including processing funeral plan applications and payments, and generating members' documents. Liaise empathetically with external customers, including funeral directors and next of kin, during sensitive times. Maintain and update databases with amendments, such as address changes, and ensure accurate communication of information. Support colleagues with the latest updates, repatriation needs, and coordination of certificates and letters. Manage stock and literature requests for agents, funeral directors, will writers, and sales representatives. Allocate funeral plans to funeral directors, ensuring smooth and timely processing. Conduct customer compliance and courtesy calls to ensure satisfaction and adherence to service standards. Address customer queries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly and empathetically. Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, answering phones, and managing customer interactions. Proactively manage client lapses, contacting customers in arrears to provide support and solutions. Key Skills and Qualifications: Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
