We are open minded to the type of candidate that would suit this role and are therefore considering all of the following types of role:
- Experienced Care Managers- Deputy Care Managers- Care Coordinators- Care Team Leaders
You will need to be a driver and have a minimum level 3 in health & social care (Level 5 would be an advantage!)
Initial training will be provided but you should be able to work on your initiative when required and be self motivated. You will be a team player, an excellent communicator, well organised and able to work under pressure at times.
The main duties;
1. To assist with care referrals coming into the business
2. In conjunction with the Directors, to provide support to all staff members within the group
3. To ensure that all legislation is adhered to as required by CQC and company structure.
4. Attend regular meetings with the leadership team and provide reports as required.
5. To assist with In-house training, managerial supervision and care staff appraisals
6. To assist in monitoring the performance of all care staff and to assist in initiating appropriate action should standards fall below an acceptable level.
