Overview
As a Tennis Coach you’ll be highly motivated and committed to engage and inspire pupils of all ages and abilities within a safe setting providing a fun, friendly and encouraging environment you’ll pass on your knowledge to help improve pupil’s performances whilst teaching the fundamental skills - you’ll get great satisfaction seeing pupils progress and develop.
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for the delivery of a Tennis programme which will be well structured, focussing on progression and the development of your pupils.
Responsibilities
1. The delivery of high quality coaching
2. Improving the level of coaching and increasing the numbers on the programme
3. Be aware of pupils status, nature and needs
4. Maintain a good and positive image of the Centre to customers and the public generally by providing a welcoming, helpful and professional service.
5. Setting up equipment
6. Deliver first-class customer service
7. Deal with customer queries
