This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Assistant in Gloucestershire.
The Ecommerce Assistant will be responsible for managing customer service, communication, sales activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience on our ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with creating, uploading and updating product listings, descriptions, images, and prices on the ecommerce platform.
* Update the ecommerce system with new products, pricing changes, and discontinued items. Ensure product availability by monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers or inventory management teams.
* Optimise product pages for SEO, ensuring high search visibility.
* Assist the Operations Team with handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns through various channels.
* Support marketing campaigns by setting up and monitoring promotional offers, discounts, and coupons.
