Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a proven success in a customer service-led environment. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, and familiarity with ITIL-based Service Desks is preferred. Competency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Office 365 (including O365 administration), is required. Experience with cloud technologies like AWS and Azure is beneficial. A solid understanding of Windows 10 and experience working in an Agile Cloud environment are also essential. We are seeking a positive outlook and a "can do" attitude, along with a flexible, hands-on team player who is eager to learn and progress.
Responsibilities:
* As our IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support across the business. Your daily duties will include updating the Service Desk to maintain a detailed record of all incidents, service requests, and problems. You will manage support calls to ensure all data is accurate and updated, while confirming that service level agreements are achieved. It will be your responsibility to prioritize issues on a case-by-case basis and to create and maintain process documentation. You will also provide general hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, and tablets, as well as application support. Additionally, maintaining user security across all systems, providing Office 365 administration and support, and liaising with third-party suppliers will be key components of your role.
