An established Housing developer is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a dual-phase project in the Coventry area. The project involves a mixed tenure site of new build homes.
Job Duties:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the project from inception to completion
Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
Education:
Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
Ability to work well under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
Chartered status with a relevant professional body
Experience in managing mixed tenure housing projects
Working Conditions:
This role will involve working on-site at the project location in Coventry. Standard working hours with the potential for additional hours during peak project periods.
