Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Trainee Financial Planner to join our client's advisory team. This role presents a rare chance to work alongside industry experts, gain invaluable experience, and progress towards achieving DipPFS/Chartered status. As a key player in the team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional financial solutions and services to our esteemed Private Clients. This role offers a clear route into a client facing Financial Planner role within 2-4 years. Key Responsibilities: Working with senior advisors to deliver tailored financial advice and solutions to HNW Private Clients. Contributing in client meetings alongside a Senior Financial Planner, conducting financial analysis, and assisting with portfolio management. Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations. To remain updated on financial planning regulations and industry trends to provide informed advice and recommendations. Requirements: 1-2 years experience working within a financial services environment, ideally within an IFA/Financial Planning environment Strong academic background, excellent A-Lelevl results, with a good degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (1st Class or 2:1 Minimum). Working towards DipPFS/CII/Chartered status is highly preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
