The main responsibilities of this role are:
* Sourcing and engaging with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and career goals.
* Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their recruitment journey.
* Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Post job adverts promoting roles we’re recruiting on behalf of our clients.
* Schedule virtual and onsite interviews, manage post-offer administration and assist with the on-boarding process for new starters.
* Managing the office email inbox and answering any candidate/client queries.
