Be the best to support the best You will provide pre-entry medical scrutiny of Candidates’ Primary Health Care Records and Recruitment Group Medical Declaration for the Army as required by contract and in compliance with the standards mandated by the military medical standards, as laid down in the Joint Service Publication (JSP 950), as well as single service variance and Capita guidelines. You will be based from home with an assigned office of Upavon, Brighton, Coventry or Cardiff, depending on your location. You will be required to travel to your assigned office for training as and when required. Job title: Medical Records Assessor Job Description: What you’ll be doing: Ensuring that all relevant documentation is completed for each scrutiny Undertaking all clinical activity in a professional manner following the NMC/ HCPC Guidelines Ensuring the Service Level Agreements are maintained so that all work is carried out and paperwork is completed legibly and returned within the agreed quality and timeframes, where appropriate Assessment and completion of computerised documents Complying with Capita Audit and Quality Assurance processes Supporting with any other tasks associated with the role What we’re looking for: Qualified Healthcare Professionals with current UK registration (e.g. NMC/ HCPC) and experience in post-Registration, such as, Nurse, Paramedic or Physiotherapist Co-operating with and respecting colleagues to create a positive working culture Must be computer literate using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
