Client Services Specialist
Description: We are seeking a confident, organized, and hardworking individual to join our Client Services team at our client. The ideal candidate will be eager to build a career with us and become a key, trusted member of our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering consultative advice on all aspects of our hearing room services, including transcription, equipment, and logistics.
2. Communicate directly with solicitors, barristers, judicial clerks, and court reporting teams to provide information, upsell services when appropriate, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback.
3. Collaborate closely with Business Development, Solution Operations, Production, Software Engineering, and Technical Delivery teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery.
4. Accurately record control information and ensure timely billing at the end of each month.
Requirements:
1. Bright and engaging personality with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multitask, adapt, and work under pressure.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Team player with a flexible attitude to meet the evolving needs of the business and our clients.
6. Experience in a client-facing or professional services role is desirable but not essential.
Hours:
1. Full-time, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Remote work outside of these hours, including weekends, may be required.
