We strive to work collaboratively to support people in overcoming any barriers to engagement in meaningful activity by working on individual formulations, care plans and goals to enable personal recovery. We also aim to work with a variety of services to ensure the best possible outcomes for people; third sector, The Recovery Colleges, voluntary services, primary care, drug and alcohol services. Main duties of the job The CTTs are busy, interesting, and challenging places to work. We hold complex caseloads, and our role is valued within a multi disciplinary team framework. We maintain an occupational focus in the team and contribute our unique perspective throughout a person's CTT journey. We contribute to the screening and triage process, formulations, and wider complex case discussions. We are looking for confident, motivated, kind people with excellent risk assessment and problem-solving skills, great communication and decision-making skills. People who want to develop their OT practice, advocate for OT and to keep learning and developing so that we can improve our Recovery outcomes.
