A multi-product retailer based in the Hertfordshire area is looking for an assistant merchandiser to join the team to oversee the homeware department. This is a hybrid role which will consist of 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home.
The main responsibility in this role will be to support the senior merchandiser. This will consist of ensuring that the department has appropriate stock levels to meet sales and profit targets. You will also be responsible for producing, analyzing, and presenting reports to express ways in which productivity can be maximized whilst increasing profits.
The ideal candidate will be an effective planner who has experience with exposure to the WSSI and is familiar with the end-to-end merchandising process. The chosen candidate will be comfortable with presenting ideas and findings to their team members.
The salary is paying up to £38,000.
