A client is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide essential administrative and project support for 6-12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a critical service by ensuring smooth project coordination and compliance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Providing general administrative support and assisting the Programme Manager in the day-to-day management of the project.
* Supporting the management of subcontractors and coordinating with key stakeholders.
* Working alongside management to ensure all location requirements are met according to the project schedule.
* Maintaining and updating key programme records.
* Assisting with forecasting planned activities.
* Collating data for quarterly Management Board meetings and monthly KPI reporting.
* Taking minutes during project meetings and ensuring accurate documentation.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, processes, and procedures, escalating any exceptions to the Programme Manager.
* Preparing and managing document archives to meet client audit requirements.
* Undertaking other tasks as designated by the Programme Manager.
