About therole
We areseeking to appoint a Senior Quality Auditor to join the Runcorn Technical team.The successful candidate will be working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday,on a rolling 3 shift pattern ( –, – ,
Responsibilities
Develop and ensure complete compliance to all food safety and quality standards including HACCP, legislation, ISO, BRC & customer COP’s.
Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance across all departments.
Work with all departments to ensure root cause analysis is undertaken to facilitate continuous improvement projects and ways of working.
Assist with complaint investigations to ensure appropriate corrective and preventative actions are taken as well as assisting in the closure of audit non-conformances within the required timescales.
Perform hygiene checks to ensure standards are maintained.
Provide data for daily and monthly KPI reports and drive quality improvements across the site.
Ensuring the positive food safety culture across site
About you
Thesuccessful candidate should have the following skills and experience.
Previous experience working in a similar role (FMCG experience advantageous)
Strong attention to detail.
Food hygiene/HACCP qualification advantageous.
Able to work well within a team and on own initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to find areas for improvement.
Problem solving skills.
Able to make and communicate decisions.
