Micheldever Tyres is looking for a target driven Customer Service Sales Advisor with a strong customer focus, to represent the company, both on the phone and face to face, for the sale of wheels, tyres and associated accessories to wholesale and retail customer base. Using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure that customers are managed in a proactive manner, building a strong trading bond between 4x4 Tyres and B2B and B2C customers.
This role primarily focuses on managing and expanding trade accounts, while also ensuring high levels of customer service and contributing to team success. This role is heavily focused on trade sales and business development, along with dedicated time to customer service, teamwork, and supporting the broader sales team.
* Working hours: Office based Monday to Friday. Half day Saturday: 1 in every 3 per month
* Must have: Experience in a similar customer services sales role. Full UK Driving Licence

About the role:
* Answering inbound telephone calls and responding to all Livechat (Zendesk) enquiries and monitoring all company social media pages.
* Regularly add posts on to the company social network pages. These should include customer vehicles, promotional offers, items of interest etc.
* Meet all agreed response time KPIs as set by the business.
* Achieve budgetary targets as set by the business at the beginning of the financial year.
* Complete accurate quotations at customers’ request.
* Open trade accounts for eligible customers, communicate terms and conditions clearly, and maintain ongoing communication.
* Using data provided, prospect customer segments – lapsed, dormant, downtrading, trading and new creating good relationships with the customers.
* Visit current and prospective customers.
* Regularly review and manage stock and product orders, ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled promptly.
* Create business proposals for all opportunities for presentation and discussion with line manager and company management team.
* Responds to returns and refund requests.
* Receive, handle, and manage customer complaints through to a satisfactory resolution for the customer.
About you:
* Proficient in handling verbal and written sales enquiries through all stages: opening, relationship building, understand customer requirements, matching products through FAB, objection handling, closing and aftersales.
* Competent in the use of online sales systems and tools including: Orderwise, CRM, Website, Boughto.
* Able to calculate prices given incomplete data e.g. mark-up, margin, gross, net.
* Understanding of tyres, steels, wheels and accessories and an understanding of competitor and alternative ranges is desirable.
