Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative: Assist in the organizing of in-person appointments or events depending on client needs Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials. Responsible for top-level customer service, account explanations, client relations, and customer upgrade options Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company sales goals Support the marketing work of Verizon Sales and Customer Service team members Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Verizon Sales and Customer Service Representative: Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills with the persistence to resolve problems completely Ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to details Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment Great process management and organization Excellent follow-through and ability to close sales confidently Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication Self-motivated and self-directed The Verizon Sales and Customer Service position is entry-level and full-time.
