Are you a skilled leader? We're looking for a Maintenance Team Supervisor to coordinate and oversee our maintenance team, ensuring efficient responses to both reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and triage daily maintenance requests, distributing tasks to team members.
Handle day-to-day maintenance activities, including furniture delivery, general repairs, and event setup.
Plan and organise room relocations, ensuring smooth transitions.
Conduct and update risk assessments, ensuring safe working practices.
Supervise and motivate the maintenance team, providing training and performance appraisals.
Attend bi-weekly meetings to report on workload and projects.
Manage procurement of tools, equipment, and materials.
Collaborate with other departments for events and tasks.
Provide emergency on-call cover as needed.What We Need:
Experience leading a maintenance team.
Knowledge of multi-trade repairs and furniture assembly.
Strong organisational and carpentry skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic computer literacy (Outlook, Excel).
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Ability to work at heights and lift heavy items.
Valid driving license and ability to use a bicycle for site travel.
Relevant certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, IPAF) are highly desirable.Details:

Circa £36k per annum.
Hours:
39 hours/week (Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-4pm).
