Main duties as a Payroll Administrator:
* Oversee the entire payroll process
* Handle the processing of payroll payments
* Ensure precise salary calculations in different currencies
* Conduct UK and international salary payments via BACS and Faster Payment
* Reconcile payroll and pension accounts and prepare annual payroll reports
* Administer new hires, terminations, and changes to contracts
* Maintain compliance with legal and company requirements
* Collaborate with internal and external parties to address payroll-related queries
* Keep up to date with industry best practices and general ad-hoc duties relevant to post
