Our Client based in Daventry is seeking an experienced Machine Sales, Hire and Service Coordinator to handle inbound sales enquiries and proactively make outbound calls to secure new customers and accounts. You will manage and grow relationships with hire companies, identify new accounts, and work to exceed sales and hire KPIs with performance-related bonuses.
You will also coordinate the CRM system to schedule and coordinate machine hires efficiently, liaise directly with customers providing excellent customer service, as well as provide warranties for any damage or misuse of the equipment.
You will also deal with service and parts, escalating calls to engineers when required.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Sales, Hire and Service department, knowledge of construction machinery or similar, very strong communication skills both internally and externally, knowledge of CRM systems, and possess a general 'can do' attitude.
This role will provide the potential for the ideal candidate to career progress into a management position.
Salary: £30k to £35k plus annual bonus up to £10k.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm, Friday 8am to 2pm.
