Job Duties:
* Managing office supplies and inventory
* Answering and directing calls
* Organising and scheduling appointments
* Assisting with administrative tasks
* Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Maintaining filing systems
* Providing general administrative support to staff
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail
Education:
* GCSEs or equivalent
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years in office administration
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Working Conditions:
* Office-based role
* Full-time hours
* Temporary position with potential for extension
