We are looking for a Service Sales Specialist to join our Service Support team in Epsom.
This position is available full-time, based on site in Epsom. Once fully trained there will be the opportunity to work from home for 2 days a week.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
* On a daily basis, you will proactively approach existing customers creating quotations, following up on renewals and negotiating new service contracts on our Bio Analytics products.
* You will review and analyse data to determine the best options for our customers, inputting contract details and new customers onto the system.
* You will work closely with sales, the product team, the scheduling team and engineers, maintaining constant communication to ensure that the customer experience is at the heart of everything that we do.
* You will play a key role within the service team with some autonomy to make the role your own, driving the business forward.
What will convince us
* You will have previous administration experience with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, working within a fast-paced environment.
* You have great communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to be straightforward when required.
* You are highly organised, holding a keen interest in what we do.
* You have strong attention to detail, being able to adapt your approach to the needs of our customers.
* You hold previous experience in SAP and Salesforce.
* You have a proactive approach with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.
* You are self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
* You have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
