Track Sales & Performance: Monitor and analyse sales trends, suggest revenue-maximizing strategies, support the Store Manager in ensuring the store consistently meets and exceeds sales targets. Create a Collector-Focused Experience: Foster a vibrant in-store atmosphere that speaks to the heart of card collecting. Host trading events, live product demonstrations, and community gatherings to engage collectors and build excitement around new releases and rare finds. Coaching: provide on the spot training, identifying gaps in your team’s knowledge through regular contact and assessment. Provide feedback in real time and always lead by example. Learning and Development: Support the Store Manager in the delivery of the stores L&D strategy.
