The Deputy Headteacher will play a critical role in leading the school community, ensuring high standards of education, safety, and well-being for every child. Reporting directly to the Headteacher, you will be pivotal in both the strategic development and day-to-day management of the school, with a focus on delivering an exceptional educational experience for students with SEMH needs and additional challenges. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage teaching and support staff to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment. Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEMH, Autism, attachment disorders, and trauma, fostering positive outcomes in both their academic and personal development. Collaborate with the Headteacher and senior leadership team on school-wide initiatives and strategic planning. Oversee staff professional development, ensuring all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to effectively support our young people.
