Customer Service Operative Wanted In LUTTERWORTH!
Logistics People are looking for Customer Service Operative to join our team.
Location : Lutterworth, Great Bear
Working Hours:
1. Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00 Shifts Available
Pay rate : £12.35 P/hr
Position : Customer Service Operative
As a Customer Service Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
2. Recording and communication of delivery incidents
3. Ensure customer and client queries; dealt with by Ambient Customer Service staff are handled in a timely and professional manner and to the satisfaction of the customer
4. Ensure customer/ client reports are accurate and communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes
5. Ensure customer/ client non-conformance is properly recorded and fed back to the client and corrective action taken
6. Ensure delivery discrepancies are properly recorded and investigated and the outcome communicated to the client
7. Support Investors in Excellence initiative by examining internal and external processes with a view to driving improvement throughout the business
8. Ensure all ISO requirements are fully satisfied and complied with
9. Support the Ambient Customer Service Manager in the implementation of new policies and procedures
10. Ensure adequate cover (including contingency) exists across all shifts
11. Ensure self and staff are properly trained and perform duties to the required standard
12. Completion and circulation of non conformance reports and control reports to relevant stakeholder
