We are recruiting an Employment & Services Programme Coordinator to join the SKylight Employment & Training Team, to support men aged 18-65 experiencing complex circumstances. If you have specialist knowledge and experience of engaging, assessing, and planning employment interventions then this could be the role for you.
In this role, your priority is to support the gentlemen of Stockport to create a personalised support package leading and coordinating one-to-one interventions and managing contact with all relevant agencies and services, including coordinating appointments with Groundwork-Working Wardrobe, a personal styling service.
You will lead support for participants to make positive changes improving their employability, personal development, confidence, and self-esteem and must maintain contact and support for 12 months after the participant progresses into employment.
When applying you must ensure you provide a supporting statement as part of your application which details how you meet the ideal candidate requirements below:
1. Maintaining quality, comprehensive, real time case management records which monitor participant progression and achieve outcomes.
2. The ability to manage and monitor a caseload of participants mobilising action plans and supporting participants to achieve their outcomes.
3. Developing and maintaining quality professional relationships with key internal and external partners supporting all employment, training, health & wellbeing and budgeting initiatives.
4. Engaging participants to create quality SMART action plans which address identified needs relating to employment, education & training, budgeting, health & well-being, self-confidence and self-esteem.
5. Adopting a target driven approach to contribute to key performance indicators in relation to programme delivery, especially achievement of multi-agency signposting coordination, employment and training outcomes.
6. Demonstrating excellent influencing skills with both participants, employers, and stakeholders.
7. A passion to support people to improve their quality of life with experience of working with people in a support, advice, employability, or housing setting.

You will be an individual who excels in networking and generating referrals to grow and manage their own caseload, and who is eager to make a positive impact while driving success for both clients and the project.
